Ownership of this agreement guarantees clients special privileges and discounts, all while protecting your equipment and saving you time and money which include Maintenance, Priority Service & Discounts.

Priority Service

Agreement clients receive Priority Service. When you call for services, you are automatically placed at the head of non-agreement clients.

Discounts

Should you require a repair as an agreement holder that client shall receive a 15% discount on HVAC services and repairs associated with that location.

Maintenance

Clients shall receive (1) seasonal precision tune-up with associated equipment as selected below. Blooms skilled and trained technicians will thoroughly clean, inspect, and revitalize your equipment. These Preventive Maintenance tune-ups will give you peace of mind and help prevent breakdowns & keep your system operating at max efficiency and increase the life expectancy of the equipment. (Please note most manufacturers require servicing annually to uphold manufacturer warranty) This maintenance includes ancillary items such as needed for applicable equipment to perform tune-up service. Equipment is assumed to be in good standing and operational at the time of service. Should the system require any repairs outside of routine maintenance of any functional parts or components it will be brought to the client’s attention and invoiced on a time and material basis of which that client will receive a 15% discount on those repairs. Maintenance service covered under this contract will be scheduled accordingly during regular business hours 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday.
