You are a great company! We were down on the 14th of November and called Gary and Sons. They called back TWO days later with the price of the control board which was over $500 from them and said they would have it in two weeks. We called Bloom on Monday the 28th, they came out at 7:45 am on the 29th, had the PARTS ON THE TRUCK and all was fixed in an hour by a very fine gentleman named Dan.
