You are a great company! We were down on the 14th of November and called Gary and Sons. They called back TWO days later with the price of the control board which was over $500 from them and said they would have it in two weeks. We called Bloom on Monday the 28th, they came out at 7:45 am on the 29th, had the PARTS ON THE TRUCK and all was fixed in an hour by a very fine gentleman named Dan. We have recommended Bloom to everyone whether they ask or not! Thank you so much!!!!!!

Dan is the best HVAC technician I've ever had work for me. I've owned 3 homes in 3 different states all with A/C units and I can easily say Dan is a subject matter expert and doesn't quit until the repair is done correctly. What sets Dan apart is that he explains what he's doing, why he's doing it, and what I should be looking out for as a customer and homeowner. Thanks Dan!

Initially a low level employee ignored my presence in the parking lot, when I wanted to ask him a question, but when I was able to enter the establishment the staff was extremely helpful. They went beyond the call of duty to attend to my questions and to supply me with a used circuit breaker for a particular breaker that was in extremely short supply at the time, due to Covid-19.
