Scott and Armand just left two hours ago after spending the day installing a new furnace in my home. What a great job they did! We had some problems with air in our lines from the baseboard hot water heat. Troy was dispatched and did an immediate fix but more work was needed. Troy and another ( sorry I didn’t know who was with him) were there on March 4th. They did a fabulous job! No mess,everything was pristine, still in awe of how nicely they completed the job! We want to express our great appreciation for the quick response and repair of the boiler.

The situation was stressful. So, it was a great relief that you sent Dan to evaluate the situation that same day, and that Troy was here the next day to install a replacement indirect water tank.

In addition, we want to thank YOU for looking into the warranty on the defective tank. That is a relief that we did not have to pay extra for the replacement.

It is disturbing to realize that when we had the annual service performed every year that no one maintained the indirect tank. Now that we know that it should be done, we’ll make sure each maintenance visit includes that service.

When they were done, you would have never known they were here. All was cleaned up beautifully. The air conditioning is working great – just in time for the hot weather! We need to work on getting a propane tank next. Hoping to wrap that up in August and will reach out to you when we’re ready to get it hooked into the new furnace. Thanks for bearing with us as we get this moving along.

I just wanted to express my satisfaction with another job well done by your company. Jerry met me to evaluate the job last Wednesday. I asked him about measuring the run and he told me he’d already figured it out by looking at the build of the room. I was shocked when he told me that they would be able to do the work within a day or two.

Thursday after he had done a 4AM start job at a McDonalds, Frank called and told me he was on the way to start my job. Frank got there, evaluated the job then dug in. He worked into the late afternoon so he could be sure he’d finish on Friday. Friday morning I receive a call that he was leaving home and would be to Skills later. Once he arrived he finished the conduit install and pulled the wires. He corrected my mistake and separated the grounds from the common in my sub-panel. He checked all the connections in the box to insure they were secure. The install was very professional, looks great, and was exactly what we needed. Frank impressed me as much as Jeb had when he did HVAC installs for Skills.

You’re fortunate to have such dedicated employees. Thanks again for your service.

Great service. We recently had Bloom’s come and remove the furnace from the main level, and replace with a new unit in the basement. They also installed an air conditioning unit into the home. Everything is wrapped and sealed securely! The work was exceptional and the technicians were excellent. The explained everything they were doing. They cleaned up and left the site looking great! They went above and beyond.
We called them back to move our water heater from the first level and replace it with a bigger unit. This work was done very professional and the two techs were kind and courteous. They cleaned everything up and even installed a water faucet, that was not part of the contract! Again, they went above and beyond. Bloom’s will be our go to company for all our electric, plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.

I would just like to say that the HVAC tech (Justin) that completed the work on my heat pump today was fantastic. The problem was the fan unexpectedly stopped functioning. After diagnosing the problem as a faulty transformer and replacing it he then went outside to check the outdoor unit. He tested the pressure in the refrigerant lines and ultimately found a leak in which he repaired. I tip my hat to him on his thoroughness and very much appreciate it. Yes he could have fixed the transformer and left which was the issue that initiated the call. However he took it upon himself to check the rear of the HVAC system and found additional problems.

Yes it was an unexpected repair and expense on our part, BUT it escaped an inevitable second call and repair. Thank you again Justin for your excellent service
